CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Hassnar Health And Personal Care (hassnars.com) hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. We are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

The order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be canceled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
RETURN POLICY
Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace your order under such circumstances. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it, please contact us at customercare@hassnars.com with details of the product and the damage. You can send the item you consider damaged to: B-13,Apollo Apartment, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur 302039.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product immediately.
In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will ship the right items to you right away and collect the incorrect items from you.
PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Damaged products (Other than damaged during shipping)/opened/used.

Products returned based on disliking/stomach upset/refusal by your physician/wrong product ordered/ multiple products ordered by you or your family members and any other personal reasons/problems.

Products without seal, box, tags, and without packaging accessories and material.
